Must-Have
* Basic understanding of computer hardware components and common operating systems (Windows,
macOS).
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.).
* General understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, IP addresses, connectivity troubleshooting).
* Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, user-first approach to support.
* Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
