Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Customer Success Manager who can effectively train students in modern customer service practices. You must also have knowledge in appointment setting.

🧩 Role Overview:
You will be responsible for teaching students how to deliver excellent customer service, apply key skills, and confidently use industry tools to manage customer interactions and workflows.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Teach customer service fundamentals and advanced strategies
Train students on how to handle real-life customer scenarios
Guide students on using CRM and support tools such as Zendesk and Zoho
Educate on appointment scheduling systems and best practices
Help students develop communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
Can also teach appointment setting

⏰ Schedule:
Monday to Wednesday
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Three days for two weeks.

Requirements:
* Strong background in customer service management
* Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk,Zoho)
* Ability to teach and simplify complex concepts
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Knowledge of appointment booking systems and workflows

🎯 Ideal Candidate:
Someone passionate about teaching, with hands-on experience in customer service and the ability to make learning practical, engaging, and easy to understand.

Please note: Must have worked as a Customer success manager for at least 3 years or 2 years’ experience.
