Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research and define ICP
* Lead generation and sales execution
* Drive revenue growth
* Manage pipeline, performance, and reporting
* Promote brand advocacy and gather market insights
* Collaborate across functions
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
* 5+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships (Fintech, Banking, B2B SaaS)
* Proven record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
* Strong understanding of Nigeria’s business landscape and financial regulations
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
