Community Engagement Officer

Are you an office baddie with a passion for crafting unforgettable corporate experiences? We’re looking for a dynamic Community Engagement Officer to set the tone for how our office is perceived—both by employees and company partners.

In this role, you will plan and execute community experience to make it a positive experience for all stakeholders, team bonding activities, ensure staff welfare, and create an optimal workplace experience using available resources.

You’ll be the visionary behind our events, champion office operations, and curate a luxury experience that reflects our brand’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver engaging experiences that foster community and collaboration
* Plan, organize, and manage team events and bonding activities
* Oversee staff welfare initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction
* Manage vendors, ensuring the best quality and service for events and office needs
* Utilize administrative and financial tools, with strong preference for ERP and Microsoft software proficiency
* Take proactive ownership of events and office operations
* Leverage your network to source premium vendors and resources, especially within Victoria Island
* Provide leadership and direction in community engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

* At least 3 years of experience in this role with a luxury brand or high-impact tech company
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities, ownership and proactive ownership.
* Strong knowledge of international flight & hotel planning, visa applications and related informtation.
* Strong event planning and organisational skills
* Knowledge of ERP software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics or similar
* Well-established network of vendors and service providers
* Resourceful, visionary, and able to anticipate and deliver exceptional experiences
* Jovial, friendly, approachable, and possessing the interpersonal skills necessary to foster positive relationships and fit seamlessly into our vibrant team culture
