Requirements & Qualifications
Education: BSc Degree or HND in Communication, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a customer service, front desk, or client relations role.
Proximity: Candidates must reside within close proximity to Lekki Phase 1 or have a seamless commute.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a neutral, professional accent.
Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence, patience, and a genuine passion for problem-solving.
Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
