Responsibilities:
* Attend to customer inquiries and complaints
* Process transactions accurately
* Promote and cross-sell bank products
* Support account opening and onboarding
* Ensure compliance with banking policies
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field
* 1–3 years of experience in banking/customer service
* Must have completed NYSC
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
