Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

We are seeking a refined, well-spoken, and highly organized Customer Service Officer to manage client communication and support daily operations.

The ideal candidate must be eloquent, professional, and confident when interacting with clients, as they will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, IG, other social media platforms and in person
* Call customers to provide updates on their items and services
* Prepare and send invoices and service reports
* Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
* Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and collections
* Assist with general customer service and administrative tasks

Requirements
* 2 – 4 years of experience
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Refined, eloquent, and confident communicator
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone
* Previous customer service or administrative experience is an advantage
