Key Responsibilities
* Assist in responding to customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
* Manage and process customer orders accurately to ensure satisfaction
* Provide detailed information on cake options, pricing, and delivery timelines
* Follow up with customers regarding order status and confirmations
* Maintain organized records of all customer interactions and orders
* Ensure timely communication and updates are shared with clients
Requirements
* Minimum of OND degree in any field
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* 1–2 years of customer service experience in a cake company is an advantage
