JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, or procedures.
•Assist customers in troubleshooting issues or resolving complaints.
* Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
* Adhere to company policies, call scripts, and quality assurance guidelines.
* Follow data privacy and confidentiality rules.
* Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
