Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management
* Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
* Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations
* Conduct research and data analysis where required
* Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal team members
* Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
* 3–5 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
* High level of professionalism and problem-solving skills
