Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customers via:
• Instagram DM
• WhatsApp
• Assist with:
• Scheduling and coordination
• Conduct research (trends, ideas, competitors)
• Create reports for management
• Support overall brand growth and communication
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience
• PA experience is a bonus
• Must be:
• Highly organised
• Detail-oriented
• Tech-savvy
• Social media aware
• Strong communication & writing skills
• Proficient in:
• Excel
• Word documents
Work Structure
• On-site: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday (Lekki Phase 1)
• Remote: Wednesday
