Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Oversee financial operations (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, tax compliance)
🔹 Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
🔹 Conduct financial analysis for business decision-making
🔹 Manage annual financial reports and coordinate audits
🔹 Liaise with external auditors, bankers, and financial institutions
🔹 Supervise and mentor the finance team
Requirements:
📝 Skills and Experience:
– Strong analytical and quantitative skills
– Proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks, SAP)
– Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations in Nigeria
– Leadership and team management skills
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
📝 Qualifications:
– Minimum 3-5 years in finance, with 2 years in a leadership position
– Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
– MBA or professional certification (ACA or ACCA) is an asset
– Strong previous audit experience is a plus
