Our Abuja flagship store in Wuse 2 is at the heart of our operations, and we are seeking a dynamic HR Administrator to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting our people strategy, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
This position requires professionalism, discretion, and a passion for fashion retail.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance management processes.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies.
Assist in organizing training, workshops, and staff development programs.
Provide day-to-day HR support to management and employees.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4–7 years HR experience, preferably in retail or customer-facing industries.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Passion for fashion and luxury retail is an added advantage.
