JOB SUMMARY
A Head of Finance is required to lead the finance function, oversee financial planning and reporting, ensure compliance, and support strategic business growth through strong financial management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
* Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
* Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations
* Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives
* Ensure full compliance with tax and regulatory requirements (VAT, PAYE, WHT, etc.)
* Oversee AP, AR, payroll, inventory accounting, and reconciliations

REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
* 9+ years finance experience with at least 4 years in senior leadership
* Experience in QSR, FMCG, retail, hospitality, or food service preferred
* ACA (ICAN), ACCA, or CFA certification required
* Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and Nigerian regulations
* Experience with ERP systems, POS systems, and Excel
* Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
