Job Description

Key Responsibilities

– Assist the sales team with daily operations and client support
– Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
– Support customer inquiries and provide timely responses
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
– Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations
– Conduct market research and provide insights on customer needs
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Willingness to learn and grow in a sales role
– Target-driven and self-motivated
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Good organizational and time management skills
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
– Previous customer service or sales experience is an added advantage
