Role Summary:
We are building a fast-growing Edutech startup delivering tech training programs for secondary schools across Nigeria.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant Intern to work directly with the founder to coordinate school partnerships, manage operations, and ensure seamless execution of programs.
This is not a passive admin role. At AlmaPario, we think the best VAs don’t simply “take instructions” they are the operational backbone of the startup.

– You know how to use office tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Packages).
– You don’t shy away from detail and you know how to pull information from different sources (a.k.a research)
– You track and follow up on the completion of tasks
– You can tell stories and convince people to do what you want.
– You’re proactive, adaptable and ready to solve problems on the go.
– You’re discreet and confidential.
Work Structure
– Remote role
– Must be based in Lagos and available for occasional onsite meetings.
– Must be available during Nigerian working hours
