  • Featured listings or premium profile upgrades

  • Any paid administrative service offered on Interns by Betteroffservice

1.2 Internship Letter & Outreach Refund Policy

Once you submit your internship/IT letter request:

  • Our team begins verification and documentation processing.

  • Outreach to companies may begin within 48 hours.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund only if:

  • Your request is made within 24 hours of payment, AND

  • Your internship letter has not yet been prepared or sent, AND

  • Company outreach has not commenced.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • Your internship letter has already been prepared and emailed.

  • Outreach has already been initiated to a company on your behalf.

  • You provided incorrect information that caused delays.

  • A company does not respond or declines your application.

  • You change your mind after processing has started.

Interns by Betteroffservice does not guarantee internship placement. We facilitate professional documentation and outreach support.

1.3 Company Listing & Premium Features

For companies:

  • Job listing payments are non-refundable once published.

  • Featured listings are non-refundable once activated.

  • Refunds will only be considered if there is a verified technical error on our platform that prevented the listing from being visible.

1.4 Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Funds will be returned through the original payment method.

2. Privacy Policy

Your trust is important to us. Interns by Betteroffservice collects only the information necessary to operate the platform effectively.

From Talents

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • School / Institution details

  • Course of study

  • CV and uploaded documents

  • Internship letter details

  • Payment information (processed securely through third-party providers)

From Companies

  • Company name

  • Contact email

  • Business address

  • Job listing details

  • Contact person information

We may also collect:

  • Device and browser information

  • Platform usage behavior

  • Contact companies on your behalf (when requested)
